Why not make an offer now on the house you like for the price you feel is appropriate. Make an offer priced 6 months from now, why wait to see if it will keep dropping and risk losing the house to someone else. Interest rates are low and most sellers are very motivated so this is the perfect time to take advantage of the current market. It could change as quickly as it changed back in 2005 from a sellers market to a buyers market.
